Thank you for choosing Cert Path for your professional training needs. We are committed to delivering high-quality learning experiences. Please read our refund and cancellation terms carefully before making any purchase. By enrolling in any of our programs, you agree to the terms listed below.

Our Training Partners

Cert Path collaborates with reputable training providers such as VMEDU.com, KnowledgeHut.com, and Edureka.co. We offer both live online and in-person sessions in domains like Cloud Computing, DevOps, ITIL, Agile, Software Testing, and Project Management.

Classroom and Live Online Sessions – Cancellations & Refunds

Changes Made by Cert Path

There may be rare cases when Cert Path must cancel, reschedule, or relocate a session due to reasons like low enrollment, instructor unavailability, or unexpected disruptions (e.g., weather or political issues).

  • If a session is canceled by us, participants will receive a 100% refund.

Learner-Initiated Cancellations

  • If you cancel at least 7 days before the course starts, you will receive a refund after a 10% administrative fee deduction.
  • No refund is issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the start date.

Self-Paced or Online Course Refund Policy

Within 48 Hours

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of registration are eligible for a refund minus a 5% processing fee

After 48 Hours

  • Refund requests made after the initial 48-hour period will not be accepted.

Courses Through Third-Party Providers

  • For courses canceled within 48 hours, we will refund 50% of the fee.
  • After 72 hours, no refunds will be provided for any reason.

Duplicate Payments

If a payment was processed more than once, the extra amount will be refunded to the original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to be processed.

Refund Processing Time

All approved refunds will be issued within 3 business days from the date of approval.
